Letts Buildings - Features and options to suit you
- Custom designed - because we manufacture each building individually in our own factory we can custom design each one to the particular requirements of each customer. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate your requirements, for example by using an alternative cladding, window style or roof pitch to match existing buildings on your site.
- Custom built - we control all aspects of the construction of your building and it begins in our own factory. We manufacture the building components such as the framing, trusses, and flashings ourselves, which gives us total flexibility. You are not restricted by ‘standard plans’. We can also build from your plans.
- Quality materials and workmanship - all part of the Letts service. All buildings have Engineer’s Design certificates and fully comply with the relevant Building Codes. We do not skimp on quality when it comes to the materials we use. Our buildings use a thicker grade of steel cladding than the minimum standards require, and thicker gauge timber. Only ‘No 1 Grade’ timber is used.
- Full contract or kitset - we are happy to build to shell-only stage or manage the full project for you. We can also supply a kitset for you or your builder to erect. Kitsets come pre-cut and pre-nailed, with full instructions. Our experienced contractors can have your new building up in no time, as they are so familiar with our product.
