This relieves you of the hassle of obtaining all the plans, materials, and permits while still having total control of the construction of your building.
Kitsets typically come with walls precut and prenailed, trusses manufactured, purlins and all cladding cut to length, with all components clearly labelled for ease of construction. Also, all joinery, gib board, batts, nails, and all other materials are supplied. All you need is tools and building knowledge.
